To felch is, according to Ted Duckworth's dictionary of slang, "To lick or suck one's recently deposited semen from the rectum". Ted doesn't know about squicking, which is drilling a hole through someone's skull and fucking them through it. (Incidentally, if you needed proof that Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars was a sick and evil man, watch the scene from Return of the Jedi after Darth Vader has taken his helmet off. There are, quite clearly, two holes in his skull.)
