I find your manner insulting but I understand you must vent your frustration on those best equipped to deal with it, and I accept this nannying role in your development. Incidentally, Oxford does not grant MA's to anyone but those who attained their first degree at their own institution. There are, as I recall, a number of other institutions in Oxford at which you may have spent some time and your confusion is natural. In any case, I'm glad that despite your tone you have found the correctness of my analysis. To be fair, I agree in this one occasion with your sentiment toward cautious preparation and that, as should be plain, is why I responded to your initial query in the first instance.
